  Blue morning glory(Ipomoea nil )

 This is use for Ayurvedic treatments(Diseases of menstrual cycle , Kidney Diseases, Constipation, Constipation, Dropsy). It’s Family name is“Bluemorning glory”.It has Leaves ovate to sub orbicular, 5 – 15 cm long, entire or 3 (-5 ) lobed, basaly cordate, the lobes apically acute to acumunate, pubscent. Inflorescence of 1 – 5 flowered, often dense symose clusters.flowers on pedicels 5 – 10 mm long. Fruits capsular, subglobose to globose, surrounded by the sepals. Seeds pyriform, densely pubscent with short trichomes.







 Bayhops(Ipomoea pes-caprae).

 Mostly This is Growing near to the sea. This is use for Ayurvedic Treatments(Belatedness, Rectal prolapses, Coughs, Bone fractures, Bone fractures) and more Treatments.
It’s Family name is “CONVOLVULACEAE”.
Vines; the stems long trailing and often rooting at the nodes,perennial with a thickened taproot, glabrous. Leaves ovate, 3-10 cm long, glabrous. Inflorescences of mostly 1-flowered, occasionally cymose. Flowers on pedicels 10-30 mm long; corolla limb pink to lavender-purple, the throat darker purple within, 5-7 cm long. Fruit capsular, ovoid, glabrous, 12-17 mm long. Seeds dark brown to black, 6-10 mm.








  Little bell(Ipomoea triloba )

  It’s Family name is “CONVOLVULACEAE” .Vines: the stem twining or rarely prostrate, very rarely rooting at the nodes, glabrous or somewhat pubescent; annual. Leaves broadly ovate to orbicular in outline, 2.5- 8 cm long, entire, 608. coarsely dentate or deeply 3- lobed, less commonly 5-7 –lobed, cordate basally, the basal lobes rounded or angular to lobed, both surfaces glabrous or sparsely pilose. Flowers rarely solitary, the peduncles 1-12 cm long, usually somewhat verruculose. Fruits capsular, subglobose, 5-6 mm long.













Cypress vine (Ipomoea quamoclit )

          It’s Family name is “CONVOLVULACEAE “.  This plant use for treatments      (Haemorrhoids , Anal Diseases).
Vines. Leaves 1 – 9 cm long, ovate to elliptic in outline, deeply pinnatisect with 9 – 19 alternate or opposite pairs of linear lobes, glabrous. Inflorescence with solitary flowers or 2 – 6 flowered cymes. Fruits capsular, ovoid, 6 – 8 mm long. Seeds dark brown or black, with dark patches of short trichomes scattered somewhat irregular.
